Prolonged illness, disability or simply the challenges of aging can significantly alter the lifestyle of older adults making the right decisions can be overwhelming.  Loving Hearts understands the magnitude of providing trustworthy assistance in your home.  So building a foundation of trust by treating our clients as special individuals is vital to our success.

Our employees are caring, loving and trustworthy, hardworking, proactive and always professional.  They are Loving Hearts Private Care, Inc. employees.   Bonded and insured and are dutifully screened for criminal background checks, DMV checks, drug testing, with a required minimum of at least two references.  Your family’s safety and well being are of the utmost importance to us as well as our reputation.  We are committed to provide only the very best.  That’s why each caregiver is hand selected by our owner.

How We Care 
Loving Hearts Private Care professional staff knows how to provide exceptional, compassionate care.  We will assist you in creating and coordinating a customized plan for your care and services to meet the unique needs of each individual. 

The Care Manager will meet with you for a free initial assessment in order to ensure that we are meeting your changing needs.  We work in conjunction with the family to design a flexible care plan based on the needs and goals of each individual, ensuring they retain a healthy sense of independence, personal dignity and higher quality of life.  The Care Manager will maintain your plan of care informing your physician and family of any changes.

Loving Hearts is always available to accept your call 7 days a week/24 hours a day.  A Registered Nurse is also on standby to assist with clinical concerns.  Loving Hearts maintains written policies and procedures and conducts ongoing in service education programs to enhance caregiver skills.  We are responsible for social security, payroll taxes, State Disability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation for all of our employees. 

Private hire arrangements can be made if a client wishes to hire one of our caregivers and assume the Federal and State payroll and insurance liabilities.  Please call the office for more information.
