About
Us
In 1986, Annetta
Sparks was employed with Dr. Darrell Hutchinson as a back office
medical assistant where the majority of the patients were geriatrics
there she found favor in working with seniors. She then
moved on to work for Dr. Oscar Moore, M.D. in the Greater Los Angeles
areas. There she worked for ten years as his back office
medical assistant. Once again, she found favor in working with
the seniors.
At both doctor’s
offices, she took up one-on-one time with the seniors being an ear to
listen to life challenges and aiding to some individual s
special needs. After work Annetta would volunteer working with
some patients doing vital signs, providing companionship, making
hospital visits and tending to after surgery care as well as personal
and social needs.
Leaving Dr. Moore
after ten years, she left and started working for Dr. William Young
in Beverly Hills. This assignment too led her to work in the
field of geriatrics. Only this time, she would constantly be
asked if she would be willing to do private duty on the side.
It was then that God placed this calling upon her heart to pursue
this mission as her destiny.
Annetta began getting active in the
community and joining Different organizations. She is a member of
the National Private Duty Association,
(N.P.D.A.)California Association For
Health Services At Home (C.A.H.S.A.H.)
California Hospice & Palliative
Care Association (C.H.A.P.C.A.)
National Association of Women Businesses Owners (N.A.W.B.O.) National Association Of
female executives, (NAFE)and American Business Women Association. (A.B.W.A.)
The Birth of Loving
Hearts Private Care, Inc.
In 1996, Annetta
Sparks, began to dream of having a private care service for the
elderly. She began to write this thought on paper, which later
became a plan. She began to visualize the plan in action.
She began speaking life over this dream that God placed on the inside
of her womb. She believed in God on this dream that he gave her
the vision to see as though it was already manifested.
A vision that can
change the world can change an ordinary special girl keeping this
dream alive through all obstacles God said, “Every victory comes in
time.”
Annetta was put
through a real test losing her grandmother, aiding her the last days
of her life, caring for her, preparing her for transition, then after
transitioning she continued with personal care, finally planning and
grooming her for her homegoing service. God gave Annetta
courage and strength to complete this assignment He
placed in her
hands. Annetta acknowledges that her grandmother was the key to
the door opening and this dream of aiding the sick, attending to
those with personal needs.
God said, “It is
your time.” Annetta then took a leap of faith. God placed
His seal of approval on her work and has blessed her with her wings
to soar the world with this God-given gift to be blessed and to be a
blessing to others.
And we have known
and believe the love that God has to us. God is love; and he
that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
“The hope for humanity is found in one word, love.”
